Join A Clean Up
Spring Clean Up
Date: May 15, 2010Location: Island wide
Time: Whenever you choose
Details: KBB provides gloves, trash and blue recycling bags, and will arrange for pick-up of the trash and bulky waste we collect.
- Find a location that needs a clean-up
- Gather together a team of colleagues, neighbours, family or friends
- Decide on a time in the morning or afternoon and if necessary schedule for Sunday 16 May
- Call KBB on 295-5142 to register your location or ask KBB to assign your group a location
- Once you complete your clean-up, call KBB to report the number of blue (recyclable) and black (trash) bags collected and the bulky waste items so that we can come and collect them
- Give back to your community by helping us to Keep Bermuda Beautiful
- Remember that students can receive credit for Community Service
Some of you may want to simply clean up along your street and use your own trash and recycling bags. To do your part by yourself or with family members. It’s okay to volunteer in this way without clicking the button below to ‘join’. But please call KBB on 295-5142 after your clean up and tell us about your efforts (location and number of bags collected).
