Details: KBB is holding its Annual Island-wide Marine Clean Up on Saturday, September 19th. All boaters, divers, community groups, corporate groups, students and individuals are welcome to participate. You can clean up litter along the beaches and coastline, or jump in the water and go after marine debris. This is a global effort on September 19th. Bermuda is proud to take part every year in the International Marine & Coastal Clean Up. To read more about the global effort, go to Ocean Conservancy's website.
There are two ways you can register -- for an individual volunteer, click on “Yes” below, or if you belong to a group you can register your group by calling the KBB office on 295-5142.
KBB provides gloves, trash and blue recycling bags, and will arrange for pick-up of the trash and bulky waste we collect.
