“The ideal candidate will be an effective and inspirational communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills who can demonstrate the ability to meet objectives in a fast-paced working environment. Previous experience with teaching and/or programme development and delivery would be beneficial.

“KBB is one of the island’s oldest and most engaging environmental charities. Its mission is to reduce waste, eliminate litter and beautify the island through action and education. The charity also encourages individuals to take greater responsibility with their waste management habits.
“During the past school year and through various camp activities, KBB has reached more than 5,000 students ages three years and up. In 2022, more than 4,800 KBB volunteers removed over 82,500 pounds of trash and marine debris from 291 locations across the island. 2023 collection totals have already blown last year’s figures out of the water; we have removed 115,000 pounds of litter, illegal dumping and ocean pollution within the first six months of this year.
“The numbers are shocking and KBB’s Education & Community Outreach role is a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute to a solutions-based approach to some of the environmental challenges facing our island home. Joining the KBB team provides a platform to share your talents and passion for the environment with the entire community. Working together, we can make a difference and inspire others to do the same.
